Terms and privacy
Plain words, no legal theatre. Last updated 7 October 2026.
- What this site is
- rplist.gg is a directory of FiveM roleplay servers ranked by players online. It is run by 1232216 B.C. Ltd., a company in British Columbia, Canada. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re. “Grand Theft Auto” and “GTA” are their trademarks and are used here only to describe what the listed servers run.
- Where the data comes from
- Every server, player count, name, description, icon and banner comes from the public FiveM server list that server owners publish themselves. We read it about every ten minutes and show it as published, with colour codes and decorative symbols stripped. We don't verify what owners write. A ranking is a count of players at a moment in time, not a recommendation.
- Owner content and reports
- Names, descriptions and images are the server owner's. If a listing shows something illegal, hateful, misleading, or content you own without permission, email report@rplist.gg with the server page link. We read every report and act within one working day: fixing the display, hiding the listing, or removing it. Owners can fix most things themselves by changing
server.cfg; the listing updates on the next refresh. - Rankings and sponsorship
- Nobody can pay to move up the ranking. If we ever sell placement (for example a featured spot above the table), it will be labelled “Sponsored” and kept outside the ranked list.
- Privacy
- There are no accounts and no tracking cookies. We don't run advertising networks or analytics scripts that profile you. Our host, Vercel, keeps standard web server logs (IP address, page requested, browser) for a short time to run and secure the site. Server icons and banners load from Cfx.re's image servers or the owner's own host, so those hosts see the request like any image on the web. If you email us, we keep the email to deal with it. That's the whole list.
- Badges and embeds
- The rank badge at
rplist.gg/api/badge/<id>.svgmay be embedded anywhere, with or without the link back. It shows only public data. We may change or retire it with notice on this page. - No warranties
- The site is provided as is. Player counts can lag, the FiveM list can be unavailable, and servers can vanish. We're not responsible for what happens on any server you join, or for the content on owners' sites and Discords. To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to nothing, because the site costs you nothing.
- Changes and contact
- We'll update this page when something changes and note the date below. Questions: hello@rplist.gg. Governing law is British Columbia, Canada.
