About rplist

rplist.gg is a live list of FiveM (GTA) and RedM roleplay servers, ranked by how many people are playing right now. It exists because the in-game browser is hard to search and most “top server” lists are sorted by votes or payments. Here the order is just player counts, refreshed every ten minutes. It's independent and not affiliated with Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive or Cfx.re.

How the list works

Where the numbers come from

Every ten minutes we read the public server list that FiveM and RedM servers publish to Cfx.re, the same list the game's own server browser uses. Names, descriptions, tags, icons and Discord links are what each owner put in their server.cfg.

How the ranking works

Servers are ordered by players online at that moment, nothing else. The 24-hour change compares this hour's average with the same hour yesterday. Each server page keeps a 7-day history of hourly averages, so you can see whether a server is busy every night or had one good evening.

Language, framework and whitelist

Language comes from the locale the owner set. Framework (ESX, QBCore, Qbox, vRP and the RedM ones) is read from the server's tags and game type. Whitelist status is what the server reports. If any of it is wrong, it's usually the owner's config, and owners can fix it in a minute.

Servers that go offline

A server that drops off the list (a restart, an outage, a shutdown) keeps its page for up to a week, marked offline with when it was last seen, so a link to it doesn't break.

What nobody can pay for

Rank. Nobody can buy a higher position or a better player count. Owners can book a sponsored card above the table on some pages; it is labelled “Sponsored”, sits outside the ranked list, and its link is marked as sponsored for search engines.
