SPN
In short: A small Arabic-speaking server where you apply before you can join (whitelist).
SPN is ranked #2,819 of 8,017 GTA RP servers with players right now, and #242 of 513 Arabic-language servers with players. It runs ESX, is whitelisted, so you apply before you can join, and is 50% full with 4 of 8 slots taken (recorded peak 8). Over the last week it has been busiest around 14:00 UTC (about 8 players), and it is up 0% on this time yesterday.
When it's busy
Busiest 1 PM–4 PM (about 8 on), quietest around 4 AM. It fills up then, so expect a queue; come earlier. Numbers drop at 12 PM every day, likely a restart.
